They are named for their inner diameter, typically less than 4mm, and their delicate structure, which resembles human capillaries. PTFE, often called the "King of Plastics," has the following core properties:

1. Chemical Stability: Resistant to strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, PTFE is suitable for use in highly corrosive environments.

2. Wide Temperature Range: Long-term operating temperature range extends from -80℃ to 260℃, with stable performance even at high temperatures.

3. Low Friction Coefficient: With a smooth surface and a friction coefficient of only 0.04, PTFE exhibits excellent self-lubricating properties.

4. Electrical Insulation: With a dielectric constant as low as 2.0, PTFE can withstand high voltages up to 600V and is widely used in electrical insulation applications.

 

 

PTFE can resist nearly all industrial chemicals, strong acids, and alkalis, making it ideal for transferring corrosive substances.
